Ivica Vrančić has been working in the field of Human Resources and Management Development for more than 25 years leading the Human Resources team at Coca-Cola Beverages Croatia, British American Tobacco and DHL.
As psychology graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, he completed a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London, the most prestigious HR institution in Europe, and holds the Chartered FCIPD title.
Mr Vrančić obtained also the Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certificate, after completing a Danieal Goleman program, created and mentored by Goleman himself.
Since 2005 Ivica Vrančić has been a consultant and lecturer and has been sharing his knowledge mostly with high-level managers from some of the most important companies in Croatia but also in other countries in the region and Europe (Serbia, BiH, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Germany).
Currently, he works mostly as a personal trainer and coach for many Boards of directors, Board Members, and Senior Managers in the area of leadership, teamwork and people management.
He also works as a consultant for introducing and improving companies' processes and tools related to people management and human values.
For almost a decade, Ivica Vrančić has been a lecturer at the Cotrugli Business School in the Executive MBA and MBA programs in the field of Leadership and Human Resources.
In 2015 he published his book „And People ?“ (Technics Publication, New Jersey) with the foreword written by Dave Ulrich.
