Join our talent pool as Regulatory Affairs Manager (f/m/x) for our premises in Niederdorfelden near Frankfurt/Main.

Your tasks:

  • Preparing and applying for new international licenses
  • Creating, managing and updating documents related to the licensing process
  • Maintaining and managing licenses in defined export countries
  • Meeting all the necessary licensing standards and updating the existing standards-related documents and/or all the required information
  • Responding to complaints regarding defects in cooperation with the respectivespecialist divisions
  • Maintaining contacts and correspondence with cooperation partners/representatives ofofficial bodies, in Germany and abroad, mainly in English

 

Your strengths - our requirements:

  • Completed training or a completed course of study in the natural sciences
  • A Master’s degree in Drug Regulatory Affairs or similar is desirable
  • Professional experience in pharmaceuticals licensing
  • An enjoyment of intercultural communication
  • A cooperative, team-oriented personality
  • An independent, structured work style
  • Fluent English, knowledge of German at least to C1 standard (European referenceframe); knowledge of other languages is desirable
  • Application-oriented IT knowledge (MS Office), eCTD Submissions
